Harbin Petrochemical Corp gets recognition as national high-tech enterprise

52 high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang province were granted certificates on March 13 as the 7th batch of National High-Tech Enterprises.

BlueStar Harbin Petrochemical Corp was among the 2nd batch of enterprises winning approval in 2011. National high-tech enterprises enjoy preferential policies, including a reduction of the income tax rate from 25 percent to 15 percent and additional tax reductions for technological investments.
