Description

This was an improvement over the earlier inlet filter, with a housed filter that can be fixed on the operating platform and a larger size that increases the filtration area of the fan and reduces the difference in air pressure.

There is an air inlet on the side with industrial-grade filtration fabric as the primary filter to remove dust from the air, which extends the service life of the follow-up filter.

Inside, there are primary and secondary filters in a housing that is larger than the previous one and can hold six filters (as opposed to four), which increases the filtration area, cuts differential pressure, and increases service life.

The earlier filter had primary and secondary filtration with four filters working in four different directions. The filtration size was small and prone to clogging in the case of rain, snow, or heavy dust. This affected fan conditions and could be dangerous, or shorten the filter's service life and make it difficult to maintain.

The new housing enlarges the filtration area while reducing the differential pressure and the side-mounted housing is less prone to rain or snow and dampness or freezing. In addition, the low-cost primary filter cloth can cut the amount of dust in the air and extend the service life of the primary and secondary filters.

Because the housing is installed on the operating platform, it is convenient to clean if it gets clogged.
